Previous terms have covered improvisation, characterisation, role play, physical theatre techniques and scripted scene study. Generally, but not always, terms will culminate in a performance of work created to family and friends.

The classes are targeted at anyone over the age of 16 with an interest in drama and the performing arts. Previous experience is welcome but not necessary.

There are 15 places available each term and these are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Day: Wednesday
Time: 6.30 – 8.30pm
Venue: Southside Community Centre
Price: £2 per week

We are grateful to Southside Community Centre for subsidising the Adult Drama Programme since its inception in January 2012.

It’s a great class because you make friends with folk who have a common interest with you. There is never any judgement, there are no egos and you know everyone is there to support you.
