First Bite was definitely my favourite time of the week and I would look forward to every Thursday from when I started in 2004, until the end of school in 2011. It was a fun and laid back place where people from across Edinburgh could come together and discover their creativity as there was something for everyone!Laura Murdoch (2004 – 2011)
As someone who hates standing up in front of people (still to this day it fills me with dread) it was never quite so daunting surrounded by your peers and friends, and with Rebecca’s support. I still have fond memories of First Bite and all the people that I met there and would say the experience was part of who I am today.
